Overview:

On January 22, 2021, Bluebox Event Designs and Constructions was honored to produce and manage the Government of Maharashtra’s first large-scale event post-COVID. The event involved the handover of 40 ambulances to the Health Department of Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, the unveiling of a statue of Maharashtra's first Chief Minister, Yashwantrao Chavhan, and the Rajashri Chhatrapati Shahu Puraskar Awards ceremony.

Project Highlights:

• Ambulance Handover: 40 ambulances transferred to the Zilla Parishad Health Department

• Statue Unveiling: 30-feet tall statue of Yashwantrao Chavhan unveiled using remote-controlled robotic curtains

• Attendance: 3,000+ attendees, including 200+ high-ranking officials and national dignitaries such as Hon. Shri Sharad Pawar and other senior ministers

• Awards Distribution: Rajashri Chhatrapati Shahu Puraskar

• Live Broadcast: Event telecast to TV news channels, social media, and live at Police Grounds from ZP Compound

• COVID-Era Event Pioneering: This marked the reopening of the large event sector post-pandemic

Our Approach:
Bluebox delivered end-to-end solutions for the event, from designing to producing the ceremony, under the most stringent post-pandemic safety regulations. We ensured all aspects, including crowd management, media coordination, and technology deployment, were executed flawlessly.

• Live Broadcasting & Media Coordination: The event was telecast live to various platforms, including TV news channels and social media. Our team ensured seamless production for live feeds, connecting the event from the ZP Compound to the Police Ground.

• Innovative Technology: The unveiling of the 30-feet tall statue of Yashwantrao Chavhan was carried out with remote-controlled robotic curtains, showcasing our advanced tech capabilities.

• Logistics & Ground Setup: With over 3,000 attendees, including top dignitaries and government officials, our team expertly managed logistics for both attendees and the physical handover and flag-off ceremony for 40 ambulances.
